Spring onion, celery and Roquefort dip

Celery, spring onion and cheese are perfect partners – add sour cream into the mix and you’ve got one seriously tasty dip. For extra crunch, serve with radish and celery crudités.

Ingredients

3 sticks of celery, roughly chopped
4 spring onions, roughly chopped
100g sour cream
100g Roquefort, crumbled

Step by step

  1. In a blender, finely chop the celery and spring onion, scrape down the sides then add the sour cream and cheese.
  2. Blend until combined but still with some texture. Chill to thicken.
